Is it remotely possible to lose 20 pounds in about two weeks?!

Question: Is it remotely possible to lose 20 pounds in about two weeks?
I have to go to the prom and I slightly pudgy, maybe really pudgy. I want to drop a few pounds so I can fit into a lovely dress for a lovely date. I don't want to gain it back so uh...a little help please lol.
I've been cutting back on fatty foods and I am active, I just don't understand.

Answers:

I lost 33 pounds in 2 weeks.Go on a diet and exercise every day, especially jumping rope(intensively) for 30 min.

Its totally not possible, sorry. At the most, you could lose 6 pounds in two weeks. But definitely not 20. That is incredibly dangerous, and not really possible. Keep in mind that if you do end up losing weight in two weeks, its probably only going to be water weight, so you might not even notice a difference. But, your date will think your beautiful no matter what:)

ok i am 5'3" and i lost 8 pounds in 1 week it is possible. don't worry about sugar that's not your main problem what you need to do is cut back your in take and make sure your foods have less than 9 grams of fat preferably 4 or less.i lost this weight with out working out what i did was i had a fruit smoothie for breakfast and i ate a granola bar for lunch and drank water and if i got hungry i would eat saltine crackers then that night for dinner i would eat a very healthy dinner( chicken, potato's, veggies, etc..)

p.s. i was 180 now i am 163 :) good luck

Not without surgery or unless you are incredibly obese where you could drop that much water weight...........>

No, unless you weight 800 pounds and have a lot of water weight.
