Question: Why doesnt anyone ever answer my questions??? :o(?
I have a question about a 60lb or so weight loss!!?

i currently weigh 191 lbs and im about 5'6 - 5'7'. i've been working out and eating better for the past 6 weeks and i've lost a total of 13 lbs (average 2 lbs a week). my boyfriend and i are going on a cruise in august and im hoping to meet my goal weight by then. in order to do that im going to have to lose about 2.4 lbs a week!! thats a lot, but it is possible and i am determined!! my question is if i lost that much weight by then, will my skin be saggy?? i know all about toning and im doing that and im going to continue to do it, but is that too much weight to lose per week in order to NOT be saggy? i dont have any stretch marks, which is a good thing and im not saggy yet, but im freaking out over this. i asked a girl i work with and she says you'd have to lose 100 lbs or more and not tone at all in order to be flabby. is she right?

Answers:

I am assuming that you are a young adult.
Your skin is very flexible.
It will not be saggy when you lose this weight.
Stay consistent and don't fall for the diet pill scams if you get behind.
2.4 pounds per week is very aggressive. Be sure to keep your calorie intake at 1200 per day minimum and lose the difference with exercise. Anything below that will put the body in starvation mode and weight loss will stop.
You can do it!



I lost 1lbs in 2weeks and I'm 15 and a girl if can do it u can all u need to do is eat righ and exercise 2 to3 hours a day I crank up the music and I listen to hip hop and rap Nd it really gets your blood pumping if u just dance for one whole song then rest on eeryother one. Hope I helped

My own weight loss i was 142 I'm now 128

I am 5ft 6, 161 lbs.
Never did any exercise and ate what I wanted.
Since March 22nd, I joined teh gym and do an hour a day in the morning before work, eat a banana at 9.30am with a green tea, a very light small lunch at 1pm, then either no tea, or soemthing low cal like a cup a soup. Fruit if I get peckish, and lemon or green tea throughout the day with lots of water all day too. Then a 2 hour exercise session, bike riding or jogging etc.
I have lost 9lbs since 22nd March, and I can see it around my face /neck area but nowhere else yet.

hey, I have been having a weight trouble for so long that it seemed hopeless. I used to take all kinds of pills but nothing seem to work.
