lots of people say running helps you to lose weight- what about bike riding? like, standing up the whole time and going on hills (:

Yes of course it can. And regular cycling/running will make you eat better instinctively. You'll also feel allot better. And you don't have to stand up the whole time.



Both are very different. Yoga is a form of exercise than helps you physically, mentally as well as spiritually while Pilates is just similar to Aerobics. Up to you which one to follow, but I'd recommend Yoga.

yes it helps a little especially losing fat along thigh areas (legs)



i think it not a good idea you should have to run every day for lose your body
