Will i lose weight by burning 300 calories a day?!


Question: Will i lose weight by burning 300 calories a day?
I work out 7 days a week and I run which burns 225 calories for me and then i play sports for 150 calories. So a total of 375 7 days a week. I don't know how many calories I each though. I am wondering if i will lose weight by doing this, or am I just wasting my time?
Also, I want to start doing P90x with the running and sports.

this is not enough. you will need to burn a minimum of 500 cals per dayn *if you want to lose weight. this means ab exercise needs to be added to your regimen, as well as more time.
