how much exercise a day do you get?!

Question: How much exercise a day do you get?
none?
up to half an hour a day?
up to an hour?
up to two hours?
up to three hours?
more that three hours?

and what do you most commonly do to get this exercise? :)

Answers:

It's completly random.
I try to go for walks when I have time because it's relaxing "except for when people in cars scream stuff through their window as they are driving by" but yeah.
It's about 25 to 30 minutes anywhere from almost every day to only a few times a week to idk.

When I still lived with my grandmother I used to go out and play in the woods as a kid.
I would explore stuff and look at and play with bugs and I would pretend the bushes were monsters so I got a stick and pretended it was a sword and I would whack the bushes and stuff with it.

I used to do that stuff all the time on my free time as a kid until school work started getting harder for me and then I slowly stopped doing that, then I grew up and outgrew it in general.
But I want to do it again. Who says we all can't pretend to do what we want?

On average I'd say I do around an hour per day. That consists of running the 'on days' (Mon, Wed, Fri) for about 30mins at about 70% of 6km and then the 'off days' (Tues and Thurs) I go for a brisk walk for about 75mins. The weekend is my recovery days when I'm not playing sport on them.

Most likely up to an hour per day :)
Switch up routine: treadmill ---> Walk for 10-20 mins as warm up. After that, Run for 5 mins then rest for 2 mins...repeat.
I don't usually switch to another work out routine, but I'm certainly trying to do that one of these days.

We usually do 30 - 60 minutes most week days and 60 - 120 minutes each day on the weekends. Usually power walking.

I do not exercise at all.
