Question: 14 year old how to get fit?
Ok so i am 14 years old 15 in july and i way 13 and a half stone and i am 6 foot 1 tall and i am not very fit i do have muscle but also fat i am not very good at running i always lift weights any ideas how i can get fit i am a vegetarian but i eat alot of pizza and crisps and stuff

I don't get it you "way 13 and a half stone"? Well what I can tell you is you must work on what you are NOT good at, which is running. You won't get too far by continuing to do what you are good at, step out of your comfort zone. I also hope you are getting enough protein, as many vegetarians do not. Before starting any running routine though, you really want to get some running shoes to avoid shin splints and stretch before and after running to help your knees (which will be very necessary if you are a big dude). There is no easy way, and it won't happen right away, so it all depends on how much you want it, because if you don't quit, you'll get what you want.



Just keep exercising and eating right. I'd cut the pizza out though. it's ok to have it once in a while but if you eat it too much you won't lose any weight
