Answers:

There are lots of high fiber breads and tortillas that you can eat instead of regular bread. I wouldn't give up bread entirely. That makes your life harder because you can never make a sandwich or wrap.

Anything with high fiber and protein is going to make you feel full on a low amount of calories.

Here are some things I eat on a regular basis. My diet is inspired by the hungry girl cookbooks and my attempts to avoid excess sugar.

Breads: Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat, Low Carb tortillas, Light English Muffins
Cheeses: Reduced fat string cheese by Sargento, The laughing cow light wedges, low fat cottage cheese, reduced fat cream cheese, light pimento cheese, Kraft singles fat free (yes I freaking love cheese)
Yogurt: Store brand low carb yogurts, Store brand non fat Greek style yogurts (for cooking and recipes)
Snacks: Sugar free Jello (10 calories), Sugar free Jello pudding (60 calories)
Fat free mayo
Any sliced ham or turkey, etc is really low in calories compared to things like salami.
Any kinds of vegetables
Fruits, but I only have two servings of fruit a day at the most, because of the sugar content.
Almond milk instead of regular milk (60 calories per glass!)
I drink dry wine instead of beer or put rum in my diet coke to reduce sugar also.
Also when I go to a restaurant I only order an appetizer portion. Sometimes I wouldn't even consider a salad because they can be huge and have more calories than anything else on the menu.

any sort of vegetables (without dips or sauce) will be the lowest calorie foods to keep you feeling full ...

Celery(Which is negative calories)
And maybe a little bit of dip.
It's a great snack that can keep you full
