Firming and toning my body?!


Question: Firming and toning my body?
I'm 16, 5'4" and I weigh 136. My measurements are 34-24-42.. I plan on dropping a few pounds (maybe like 10). But how do I tone and firm up my lower body? I have a pear shape. I have huge hips and a butt. I like them, I just want to firm them up. How do I do this?

It's hard to "spot treat" your body. Start doing cardio exercises...this will help you tone up your hips and butt. Start off by jogging and work your way up to running. As you increase your workouts you will notice that your lower body will get toned.

Take at least 2 days off per week for rest! This is very important...you will get your gains from the rest. Stay focused and don't let anything stop you!

Personal experience



do some cardio like running on a treadmill 2 to three times a week. It will help with toning. Also squats with a medicine ball. Swimming is always great for toning the entire body.
