I can`t build muscle?!

Question: I can`t build muscle?
I have been using the same amount of weight for over a month and I can`t increase it at all. The workout I have been doing is still just as hard as the first day I started it (I can barely complete it). It`s just really discouraging that I haven`t been getting any stronger or bigger. It isn`t as if I`m big right now, I`m average... How can I get bigger without using mass gainers?

Changing routine is good but you also have to look other factors like how long you workout, what you eating especially after workout.

For energy and power take some Pre-workout like Jacke3d, Nutrex Hemo Rage, No Xplode are great products. Drink Whey protein after workout, EAS 100% whey protein in great, also from cost point of view. Then try to eat some complex carbs within 1 hour after workout. Within 30 min after workout drink whey protein, then after 30 min of that take some complex carbs.

if you feel like you do not have much energy for workout then eat something 1 hour before taking NO Supplement (Jack3d or Hemo Rage etc)

Try to lift heavy weight for as many rep as you can lift them for 1 set. Try to go at least more than 5 rep per set.

You can change that routine to 20 rep per set (lift light weight for these, the weight which you can lift for at least 20 reps per set). For some this technique works.

Give at least 1-2 minutes rest between sets.

Hope that works.

You need a good preworkout supplement that will kick start your body and put in in positive nitrogen balance in order to build muscle. I recommend the Chain Reaction with DHEA.

You need to mix up your routine. I change mine every month or two. Don't forget to change around how much you lift within a routine too - one week I'll do sets of 4-8, and the next week I'll do sets of 10-14.

Change around your routine~
