Is this a good fitness schedule?!


Question: Is this a good fitness schedule?
Yesterday I set a goal to lose about 19 pounds, and to get back into shape, so I set up a fitness schedule that I'll be starting tomorrow. Please note that me and my parents don't know any healthy recipes for dinner, so if you want to suggest one that I can eat daily, feel free to! I also have some extra details and facts after the schedule, so please read them for more information!

6:00 A.M. - Wake up
? Breakfast - Cereal (Shredded Wheat) - One Apple - One Glass of Water

6:30 A.M. - Shower

8:00 A.M. - Brush Teeth

9:00 A.M. - Start Schoolwork

10:00 A.M. - One Orange

11:00 A.M. - One Banana

12:00 P.M. - Lunch
? Peanut Butter Sandwich (Whole Wheat Bread, Healthy Peanut Butter) - One Glass of Milk (2%, Reduced Fat) - One Glass of Water

1:00 P.M. - Workout
? Jogging for 20 Minutes - 10 Minute Break - One Glass of Water - Jogging for 20 Minutes Again - Finish - One Glass of Water (all in order from start to finish)

2:00 P.M. - Six Strawberries

6:00 P.M. - Dinner - One Glass of Water

7:00 P.M. - Ten Carrots

8:00 P.M. - One Glass of Water

8:30 P.M. - Brush Teeth

9:00 P.M. - Sleep

Facts:

Age: 13 (I'll be turning 14 years old on July 12th, 2011)

Weight: 123.5 Pounds

Height: 5' (Feet) 3" (Inches) (Still Growing)

Body Mass Index (BMI): 21.9

Extra details:

? I'll be following this schedule every day until I reach my goal weight (105-110 pounds)

? I'm pretty sure that this includes five servings of fruit and vegetables

? I'm also pretty sure that this includes six glasses of water

? I will only be drinking water, nothing else (maybe a few healthy juices)

? I am currently home schooled due to the lack of public schools in my area

? I am currently in 8th grade

? I will eat a few snacks in between meals, but they'll only be low sodium granola bars

Answers:

Not Really
because you are growing you want to eat alot and doing this is going to result in very few calories and almost no protein or anything. Unless you have insane will power you wont follow it and once you reach your weight goal the weight will probably be gained right back and more seeing you will end up losing muscle at the same time which will slow your metabolism and the amount of calories you burn at rest. A better idea is to do strength training as it will ramp up your metabolism better than cardio and result in more muscle. Also you should get you body fat measured because bmi is kinda useless and extremely general. also weight can vary like crazy based on hydration and amount of food in your stomach. also weight loss doesnt mean fat loss and you want to lose body fat and gain some muscle to improve fitness. its also better to focus on increasing expenditure more than decreasing intake even though this takes longer to get results it will lead to less muscle loss in the end. so for food cut out pure junk like cookies and ice cream but keep the rest. just focus on portions and eating until your satisfied and actually try not to think to much about food because i find im more likely to binge on junk food when im focusing on cutting it out compared to just not really thinking about it. Then just strength train and do your cardio
So thats what i would do and prescribe to someone else but do whatever you want obviously
