how to get into shape?!


Question: How to get into shape?
im not fat im 13 and 97pounds but i get sooooo tired after just walking for like 10 minutes i just ran up and down the stairs about 3 times and i am already warn out! how can i get back into shape and not get so tired over the most simplest things?

Answers:

Work out, eat right, exercise every day, work your A** off, and DO NOT QUIT. keep at every day, get it in your brain that you can do it. you gotta work hard for it to pay off, remember that kid.



if you wrestled youd be able to run up and down those stairs until youre told to stop. then when you do it on your own youll realize how much the hard work has paid off.
