Answers:
Just like any other physical activity it depends on how involved you are in the activity. There are some dancers who only walk around the pole and shake their booty. This is still going to burn some calories just by wearing the platforms and keeping in motion... but not as much say if the girl is doing a physically strenuous floor routine or flipping around on the pole like a chinese acrobat.
