Question: I want to lose like 3 pounds, how?
I want to lose like 3-4 pounds, in like 4 days... How do I go about accomplishing this? If I can't... how do I appear thinner? I'm going out on Friday, and I want to look very skinny!

Okay, I'm a premed major, which means that I focus on your health when answering these questions. I am going to do this as nicely as possible. 1.) If you're only concerned with three pounds and the course of four days, you don't need to lose the weight anyway. 2.) There are reasons that medical professionals (like the four I'm currently working with) don't like to see you lose more than 5 pounds in 7 days. The loss can mess with your metabolism and cause symptoms such as headache and dizziness. 3.) 3-4 lbs is not going to make you visibly skinnier unless you are already much to underweight. They say to visually see a weight difference you have to lose 10 pounds.



30 minutes of ab exercise'll burn 400 calories. 30 minutes of running'll burn 600 cals. if you want to lose your weight, then you will need to lose about 3500 cals, which will take3-4 days doing this. the fact is though, if you are diligent with ab exercise then your stomach fat (which makes thinness happen) will go away faster, since it is located int the abdominal region.
