Question: Anorexia??? waaaaaaaaaa?
ok so im a girl, 5''3 and i way exactly 100 pounds. i wanna start dieting but i know i diet the wrong way. i take it to the limit, like i skip breakfast and lunch but have an after school snack and dinner. i feel like im a fatty and i wanna know tips for exorcising. i know 100pounds is fine but i wanna exorcise as well so i can stay under 100 pounds
thanks :) and please dont tell me im under weight or over weight b/c i will completly f*** lmfao

btw the reason the title is anorexia is b/c my parents hate the way i diet and tell me it will lead to bad eating habits that will result in epic effects later on

I have the EXACT same problem. Be careful girl because it can really lead to anorexia. I think mine already has.. But some tips for keeping your weight down is #1 making a journal. With your journal you can write down every amount of calories from food you take in a day. (Try to stay under 1,000 calories) #2 start exercising more. The key to loose weight and stay that way is to exercise. My favorite calorie burner is a stairclimber. If you don't have a stair climber you can just simply do the same thing with your stairs at home. my second favorite calorie burner exercise is crunches. lots and lots of crunches. People will tell you that crunches doesnt burn calories, but it actually does. If you work for it, try to fit in 500 calories a day. #3 is to weigh yourself regularly. If you weigh yourself regularly you shouldn't have to worry about gaining weight. Some other tips i would advice is to join a sports group or a gym. Remember to be careful with these tips.
