Question: How to stop drinking soda?
hi i'm mariah and im gonna turn 20 in aug. and i wanna lose some weight be4 i turn 20 but i have a problem with drinking soda i really wanna stop but its hard does anybody have any ideas to get me to stop????

Flavored water is a good way however, you can't just get any type. Vitamin Water is the best because it has all natural ingredients.

Good luck with your weight loss goal. Do not get discouraged if you do not succeed at quitting the soda. Lifestyle changes usually take more than one attempt.

hello, I did have this same issue for so long that it seemed hopeless. I was taking all kinds of stuff. Until a friend suggested this method, I was a bit skeptical at first but I felt there was nothing to lose. There was little change for the first week, but I felt great. Don't buy it and tell your roomates/family (if you live with them) not to buy it either. Switch to diet at first if your having a really hard time but if you can quit cold turkey that's even better. Replace soda with leom water or other sugar free flavored drinks.



whenever you would normally drink soda, just drink milk. It's much healthier and has been linked to people being much leaner and healthier then people who replace milk with pop.

I drink milk a lot, and a have a lot of nurse friends.



one way i quit eating or drinking something is eating or drinking a lot of what you're addicting till you're sick then you will never want to eat or drink it again thats what i did with burger king :/



don't ease off of it. just STOP. buy crystal light on the go packets. the lemonade is amazing. i highly recommend it!!!!!



dont buy it, drink flavored water, and a lot of regular water, drink even diet soda sometimes
