DAY THREE
Any mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice. Any amount, any quantity. No bananas yet and no potatoes today.

DAY FOUR
Bananas and milk. Today you will eat as many as eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk. You can also have I bowl of vegetables soup.

Today is a feast day. You will eat 1 cup of rice. You also have to eat six whole tomatoes and drink 12 glasses of water today to cleanse your system of the excess uric acid you will be producing.

DAY SIX
Today is another all vegetables day. You must eat 1 cup of rice today and eat all the vegetables you want cooked and uncooked to your hears content.

DAY SEVEN
Today your food intake will consist of 1 cup rice, fruit juice and the vegetables you care to consume. Tomorrow morning you will be five to eight kgs. lighter than 1 week ago. If you desire further weight loss, repeat the program again. Repeat the program as often as you like, however, it is suggested that you rest for three days before every repetition."

What do you think about this? Is this a good diet to go for when trying to lose weight?

Answers:

No way. You need to have a mixture of each food group every day. There are so many things wrong with this diet! You aren't getting proper nutrients your body needs by restricting yourself to one food group this day, one the next day, gorging yourself another day. Look up the food pyramid and figure out what works for you. Typically one may need 2-4 fruits per day, 3-5 vegetables per day, 4-6 carbs, 2-3 dairy, etc.

what the hell is this diet? does it have a name? and why do you think it is practical and would work?

cuz to me it looks like a joke

Just do the Atkins diet - it's simple and it works really well. No tricks - you just eat real food and no sugar.

about it you can get information from here http://ansmdh28.notlong.com/4AATYrn

No - this is basically a low calorie diet, probably about 1200 calories. You could eat 1200 calories of anything and still lose weight. The only thing with this diet is that you aren't going to have to keep track and measure your food because you are limited in what you can eat.
I was watching a program the other day where a Professor or Nutrition at some college who was over weight went on a junk food diet. He ate Nutty Bars, donuts, Twinkies, Coffee, Soda, etc, but kept his calorie count to a certain amount and he lost 27 pounds. He said he did this to prove a point that you can lose weight eating anything, IF you keep the calorie count within a certain limit.
