What motivated you to lose weight?!
Question: What motivated you to lose weight?
My first time was when my aunt asked my mom if I was pregnant. That didn't lead to a healthy way of losing weight more so anorexia. Anyhow now that I've had treatment for that and am a little over my average weight I would like to lose more weight in a healthy manner I just can't seem to push myself. What motivated you to change your lifestyle not just diet?

What motivated me was I wanted to feel healthy and look good...eating junk food makes you feel sluggish and fat, and I wanted that no longer!
Surround yourself with positive people who have the same goals as you do. Find an accountability partner who will push you when you need it. And remember you are doing this for yourself so you can be healthy and a better you!
