Question: Tips on how to LOSE WEIGHT, Im 15 and OVERWEIGHT!!!!?
Im 15 and im over 200 pounds. I seriously need to lose weight becuase of my health. I dont like the way i look and it gives me low confidence, i need you to tell me: kinds of foods,excersises, or anything else i can do to get to a healthy weight :) plz & thank yu :D

I drink a tablespoon of hot sauce everyday to speed up my metabolism:) and move your feet at your desk at school to burn extra calories throughout the day, and suck in your stomach at your desk. Do little things like that to make small improvements toward a bigger goal, it's hard to lose weight so try small stuff and then build up to more stuff. Drink tons of water! when you think you're hungry, you might be thirsty, dont have juice in that case OR ANYTHING CAFFIENATED, have a cup of ice water and wait a few minutes, if you still feel hungry then have a light snack
Try getting some exercise, go for walks, do crunches before bed



Unfortunately there are no easy ways to permanently lose weight. Most people who lose weight regain it all.

If you want a life changing permanent weight loss you need to follow a maintenance diet for the rest of your life after you reach your target weight with one of the many diets you can choose from.

probably just how you were born so don't expect to really skinny or anything. just burn off dead Weight run every day and do exercise do not skip meals eat breakfast especially and drink lots of water it will fill you up more.



Exercise more, eat less. That's what it boils down to.
