is it possible to lose 4lbs in two weeks?!

Question: Is it possible to lose 4lbs in two weeks?
i'm 5'3", and gained 11lbs after i stopped working out for almost half a year. so now i weigh 121lbs. i used to weigh 110lbs, now i'm back working out again and i went through an "inbody test" where it checked my fat percentage, my metabolism, everything was pretty normal and the result suggested that i have to lose 4lbs and gain 1.5kgs. of muscle, is that doable in two weeks? im also taking supplements like whey protein isolate so i wont look like a body builder just enough to tone my muscles. and i want to lose more than 4lbs..

Answers:

Oh yes. If you are consistently working out and dieting, you can typically expect to lose 1-2lbs or maybe even more in a week, but that all depends on how hard you workout and how strict your diet is. Hope this helps.

Yes, very possible. 3 pounds (recommended max) can be lost in 1 week.

121 isn't bad actually. However 4 lbs in 2 weeks is do-able without too much pain.

idk im 5'9 and weight 140
