Will this workout make my arms big?!


Question: Will this workout make my arms big?
I basically do just dumbbell curls, hammer curls, and bench pressing. I workout 5 times a week by the way, and have been doing this same routine for a couple of weeks now. Thanks.

NO no no no no.....You need to pace your self you are over-training and if anything you're damaging your muscle growth by doing so. Focus on you legs as well such as squat, dead lift for core and so forth. Just doing upper body will lead you no where. I'd say bench and arms are to be done once a week for maximum recovery and growth.



You should work both muscles. Never work just one and always give a days rest. One day do biceps and the next you can do triceps.
