Need some tips for losing weight?!


Question: Need some tips for losing weight?
I need to lose around 10-15 pounds, I have a BMI of 23 which is in the normal category
But I still need to lose some, Because I don't have a really thin figure,
Besides eating healthier which I am going to do, What are some fine physical activities to do ?
Does running help ? My Uncle runs daily yet he is over weight.... I guess because he eats a lot of calorie filled stuff. If I reduce my calorie intake + run and other cardio should that be a good start ?

Answers:

running on the treadmill walks.
also you can do the "stairs" excerise. that realllly helps..it can be painful but its worth it.

drink lotsss of water.
