portion size- just make each meal slightly smaller and drink water before hand to help fill you up. drinking water also helps your skin which is no bad thing. No crash dieting, no denying yourself, and the weight falls off gradually and tends to stay off if you do it like that.
No weight which comes off fast, stays off.
try your best at the gym,give it everything you've got,100 percent dedication, be positive and say yes i can do it and i am sure you can lose that stubborn fat.please dont make yourself sick you have my support. good luck!

Limit your calorie intake to below your basal metabolic rate. Try to eat less than 150g of carbohydrates and do lots of cardio.

hello, my best answer for you is to try a thing called FARTLEK training, this is Very goo for people wanting to loose weight, the fartlek training is also very good for keeping fit and keeping very healthy. you have to do a 8-10 week fitness plan to loose a stone. fartlek is a very simple training progress but is very hard to do unless you have the right determination. fartlek training you have to do twice a day or at least 12 times a week. you will need to go for a 20 minute walk, then slowly jo for 15 minute's then fast jog for 12 minutes then run for 5 minute's then sprint for 3 minutes and do this once in the morning and once in the evening. start off by doing this 3 times a week then increase to 6 times a week until you do this twice a day and increase the amount of time you spend walking, slow jogging, fast jogging, running and sprinting after 2 weeks and gradually u will become fitter and loose weight at the same time, you will also keep the weight off if u continue doing this daily. if u have trouble doing this workout u can always lower the time spent doing it but your not going to loose weight by doing this once a week. if u think u cant handle doing it a lot just shorten it dow until feel conferable. hope i have helped good luck :D
