Question: How much weight can you lose by walking on a treadmill everyday?
Since Im on the computer like way too much I figured since I wanted to excerise I can just bring my laptop on the treadmill with me. Im 14 and Im kinda so busy the evenings is the only time i can work out. Im just walking moderate speed with an incline. Can I lose weight from this along with eating heathly?

You can lose weight by trying to get your heart pumping as fast as you can(cardio). Try jogging or running
