Question: I am following a program to 100 consecutive push ups, will it be possible?

I am resting for a minute each, currently as I am doing day 1: 10-rest-12-rest-7-rest-7-rest-max (at least 9)

However I only do this once a day every-other-day SHOULD I DO IT MORE LIKE AROUND 2-4x.

I mean I am feeling the burn but still I feel I am not making enough progress and I will simply be stuck on an upcoming week for quite sometime.

When I was in my 20s I did 100 push ups per day, but not consecutive. I did 40-rest-30-rest-20-rest-10-quit. That was invigorating. I got to that ability by doing lots of push ups until I could do 40 in good form. Then I made myself do 30 more right away, then 20, etc.



you should do as many pushups as you can. if you're watching tv you should do a set of pushups every commercial break. my brother and i used to bet pushups on video games. we would play tiger woods and bet 20 pushups on every single hole. also do different types of pushups. and use proper form. try doing your pushups as perfect as possible. but try pushing yourself harder and harder. you'll get your pushups better, it will take time and much effort.
