Question: I try to be healthy but i want to slim down?
I'm a UK size 12/14 I walk to and from college everyday and work Saturday and Sunday. I eat healthy. I have cereal for breakfast sandwich for lunch and cooked main meal at home. How could I loose weight in this busy routine?

First, you're already a really good size - I hope you don't feel you're 'fat' - you're perfect! :) Second, you're already doing really well with your diet and exercise - that's a great basis to work from.

To do a little more I would really encourage you to start doing some cardio exercise - that will help you tone up and lose a few pounds if you want to. By far the best thing to do is run - try running two or three times a week in the morning or evening. Don't worry if you don't feel you're very good at it! Just do what you can, run a bit, walk a bit if you need to, push yourself a little bit each time to do a bit more, and you'll soon see some great results. Very best of luck! :)

hello, my best answer for you is to try a thing called FARTLEK training, this is Very goo for people wanting to loose weight, the fartlek training is also very good for keeping fit and keeping very healthy. you have to do a 8-10 week fitness plan to loose a stone. fartlek is a very simple training progress but is very hard to do unless you have the right determination. fartlek training you have to do twice a day or at least 12 times a week. you will need to go for a 20 minute walk, then slowly jo for 15 minute's then fast jog for 12 minutes then run for 5 minute's then sprint for 3 minutes and do this once in the morning and once in the evening. start off by doing this 3 times a week then increase to 6 times a week until you do this twice a day and increase the amount of time you spend walking, slow jogging, fast jogging, running and sprinting after 2 weeks and gradually u will become fitter and loose weight at the same time, you will also keep the weight off if u continue doing this daily. if u have trouble doing this workout u can always lower the time spent doing it but your not going to loose weight by doing this once a week. if u think u cant handle doing it a lot just shorten it dow until feel conferable. hope i have helped good luck :D



Diet and exercise is very much important for loosing belly fat.

The first and most important idea is drink a lot of water and avoid low fat foods.

Go for simple cardio exercises such as walking, cycling and so on.

With your busy lifestyle, you should incorporate more WATER in your diet. because before you lose any fat, you lose water first. You can also bring dumbbells while at work and try doing 20 reps per arm. Do some stretching activities. 5 reps for day one, then add more and more. then rest.

Drink alot of water, do abit of cardio 1 hour is perfect and eat two meals a day it really helps i use to weigh 9 stones but now i am 11



it starts with a balance meal, which you already have. the other thing would be is to work out. maybe once a week on the weekend?
