Does drinking loads of water help to lose weight?!


Question: Does drinking loads of water help to lose weight?
I just wondered how much water i need a day to lose weight?
Or is it just 8 glasses for everyone?
I heard about the Water diet, does this work?

It depends on how much you weigh, drinking 8 glasses of water is plenty for some, for others you must take in more. Heres a link to calculate that for you, simply type in your weight and hit calculate and presto. Hope this helps.

Drinking water only helps in regard of eating less. It wont actually get you to lose weight.
