Question: Whats a good sleep and exersise schedual?
20 female:I have a hectic sleep pattern something I was told that deals with me being bipolar...I stay up 2-4 day at a time the sleep a full day and its a cycle that countinues...I want to know what is an apporpraite time to go too be {9pm is when I try to be in bed} and what is a good time to wakeup and start exersiseing? I wakeup from 4am to 10am when I can sleep...I know sorry a bit confuseing just bare with me =)

Wow. First off being awake for more than a day is very DANGEROUS. Even if you do sleep a whole day. It's possible to train you body to sleep at certain times but in your case you'd need the help of sleep aids.

As far as a great schedule, here's what I use;

in bed by 11, wake up by 7, workout out from 8 til 9:30. When you workout it's important to get 8 hours of sleep everyday in order for your body to recover.
