Crossfit girl body, I don't want to built muscle or get buff, what kind of !

Question: Crossfit girl body, I don't want to built muscle or get buff, what kind of food should I eat?
I weight 123 lbs, and my height is 5'5 I just started doing crossfit 3 weeks ago, the thing is that every single picture I look through the internet about crossfit girls, they have this beautiful body but its buff, and i dont want to look like that it's too intimidating for me and I just want to be fit and toned, my coach says its so difficult to become like that, that i shouldnt worry, but I already noticed changes in my stomach and I honestly dont want to have a six pack I gained 4 pounds of pure muscle according to people but I don't know what kind of food should I eat, I dont want to take protein, my coach told me to stop eating rice, tortillas, cereals, lactose stuff like milk cheese, cream, sugar, I don't get it, I used to have at least two slices of bread a day and have had rice every single day since I was a kid and my weight was always the same, I don't know what to eat I dont want to build HUGE muscles :(

I'm a personal trainer of 5+ years and a gymnast of 20, currently attending college to be a nutritionist.
I'm not sure what you stated you want; but it sounds like to want to be toned, but not TOO much, right?
Well, I've lost 80 pounds, and now am succeeding in the battle of losing my muscle mass, which is harder than losing fat.
It's pretty rough, and takes determination.
I'll give you a challenge. Research an actress or model's diet. I'll bet you anything, that they all basically eat the same.

5-6 200 calorie meals comprised of mostly lean proteins and low-carb vegetables, and 1 hour or more of cardio 4-6 days a week.

Nope, it ain't easy - but it works. I promise if you do this, you WILL see results. if you cut out dairy, you'll need a calcium supplement, and a multivitamin. Protein shakes also help a ton with the ghrelin hormones that cause hunger.

Oh yeah, my stats: 5'8, 125 pounds, and going down, finally looking the way I want, no more pooch & no more jiggles!. Something that helps me remember all this is my swimsuit that hangs beside my closet; and "NO" A-B-C-D-E-F, with one serving exception every three days.
A lcohol whatsoever
B read
C arbs - (starchy carbs)
D airy
E xtra Sweets
F fruit

HONESTLY AND ULTIMATELY...
Its determination and willpower that will get you to that goal.

your coach is right in that it's difficult for females to become extremely muscular. we dont have enough testosterone and i doubt the weights used are heavy enough

I wouldn't worry about it. It's very hard to get buff as a male let alone as a female lol. Your coach named carbs which is half true. If you eat enough of them you will gain weight. I'm not familiar with the workout you're doing but I can assure you that as long as you're doing cardio you should be fine. As far as food, stick to lean meats like lunch meat turkey and ham. You're still at the beginning of the workout so drastic change is expected. Gains tend to decrease as time passes so don't expect to gain 4 pounds a muscle in the next 3 weeks. If you do your body is very special.
