Question: Will i lose the last bit of fat on me, by doing this, i am 19years old male, 5ft11 and i weigh 182pounds...?
i use my excercise bike at a moderate pace, for 2 - 3 hours a day *75+rpm*
i eat perhaps 1500 - 1800 calories a day. i have a basic motabolism rate of 1980.
my excercise bike burns anywhere between 600 - 1300 a day.
*600 on a very distracting day for me*
what if i wake up in the morning, and do an interval training sprint. *sprint for 20seconds, walk for a minute, sprint for 20, walk for a minute. and repeat this 6 - 8 times.*
and should i do my interval training in the morning BEFORE breakfast? or AFTER breakfast?
also is it harmful to do it twice a day, *one at 6am, and another at 6pm*

water fast for 20 days water only you will shed at least 50 ibs . keep a good diest afterwords and work out start a new leaf dont gain that weight back let your metabolism build back up to normal standards after the fast.
