why am i so hungry all the time ?!!!!!!?!
Question: Why am i so hungry all the time ?!!!!!!?
at 6:45 i had a bowl of multi grain cheerios with skim milk.
at 7:15 i had an atkins endulge 120 calorie caramel mousse bar.
at 8 i had 200 calories worth of pringles.
at 8:30 i had maybe 20 big grapes.
now it's 9:30 and i'm starving!!!!! this happens EVERY day. i'm trying to be on a diet (Not a strict one) of 1,300 calories per day.
i'm 18 years old and 120 pounds! i want to go down to 110 in a month and i joined a gym as well, but i'm ALWAYS hungry!
i have healthy snacks at home.
grapes, pears, strawberries, low fat plain pringles, 100 calorie pack cookies, diet atkins bars, the laughing cow cheeses, and i eat lots of vegetables and whole grain bread if any.
so why am i always hungry if i'm eating good?

Answers:
You should be trying to eat a good amount of protein at every meal, especially if you're starting to work out. Protein makes you feel fuller longer. Think egg whites, poultry, lean meats, beans/legumes, etc. Also, make sure you're drinking a LOT of water (at least 8 glasses a day) and that will help you feel full. You also might just have a higher metabolism, who knows.
