Question: Losing a dress size? help?
hey so ide like to be a size 10 (uk) but i want to know how long it would take me,
i will do 40 mins of cardio 5 days a week and walking on weekends.
however i keep thinking that it wont work so any ways i could get motivated?

There are loads of ways to stay motivated.
Combine the exercise with a healthy diet.
Find a friend to exercise with.
Exercise with music.
Have variety in your exercise regime.
Make a goal to work towards. e.g. enter a 10k race.
Also do exercise like yoga, pilates or weight lifting in between the days you do cardio which will tone your muscles and give you a break.
Don't go full on in the beginning, start slowly otherwise you will get bored quickly.



diet & excercise combination works better, to get motivated is your job.
