Question: I don't want a both answer please..which is more important to loss weigh eating better or exercise?
many people answer eat right, & get the thumbs up..the ones that say exercise don't

Answers:

Eating better. If you exercise, but are taking in more calories than you are burning, you will gain weight.



. When you lose weight it tends to be fat and muscle. Those who exercise and make better food choices tend to lose more fat than those who just eat better. If you lose muscle you'll weigh less but look flabbier which no one wants



Eating well. Even if you exercise you could be in bad health if you're eating chocolate and cookies all the time.
