Do not use birth controls for the purpose of weight gain....not evryone on the pill gains weight
Just eat more healthy energy rich foods in between meals such as peanuts or any nuts which has many calories, shakes made from natural foods with milk, eat more bread for breakfast etc...you wanna put on weight minus the flabs so avoid foods rich in cholesterol and sugar.....though a chocolate in between meals wont kill u if ur too skinny
You can start working out and lifting weights, and drinking protein shakes. You'll gain muscle mass and definition.
join a gym, consult a nutritionist. Don't use drugs(yes even legal ones) which aren't for that specific purpose but have a side effect which suits you!!
You should eat those shakes that are used to gain weight safely.
Go to McDonalds? I heard even the salads make you fatter.
