Question: How do you know if you are your natural body weight? I have lost weight, feel happier?
Answers:

if you feel good and dont get tired easily then youre probably in your normal body weight and your healthy

If you have a lot of muscle or larger boned it may not be as accurate. You can go to most gyms and be accurately tested for your healthy weight, or you might be able to get these results from you doctor as well. There is usually a range to be at a healthy and natural weight.



You should go to the doctor because sometimes you never know :) Also, if you feel physically weird that might tell you you've gotten a serious case of unawareness! In my opinion, you should see if your "now" weight is right for you.



because you can maintain the weight without having to starve yourself or exercise constantly.



Loosing weight can always make a person more happier because you have more energy.
