The best way to lay off chocolate is to gradually eat less and less til none at all, this way, you don't crave it as much and it is easier to stop. Just think of all the other healthier foods that would make you healthier.
Is this for a diet? Put something that doesn't mix with the taste of chocolate, and then taste it and associate chocolate with that taste. Or you could eat something else and pretend it's chocolate.
Or gradually stop eating it.
Eat dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate. It is healthier and full of antioxidants so you don't have to feel as guilty but it is more bitter.
Convince yourself?? I wouldn't want to do that.. else you might eventually have it not very clear the difference from wrong to right??

Why don't you just eat a small serving, like one piece from one of those bags--like a funsize.
just stop eating it. You won't crave for it anymore if you don't eat it as much.
you just dont eat it and you forget about it.
