Whey protein 3scoops?!


Question: Whey protein 3scoops?
hey I bought a 5lbs tub of ON whey protein
I want to take 1 scoop in the morning, 2 scoops post workout
Will taking 2 scoops P/W make me bulkier than taking 1 scoop?
Is there a better way to take it?

Best way to take it is as you described...1 scoop in the morning and 1-2 scoops right after working out. And mix it with water or milk....don't be eating it dry like some have suggested. especially post workout, your body needs not just the protein, but fluids too.
And, depending on your lifting, (amount of weight, # of reps, how many days you lift, etc.) more whey will repair your muscles faster and bigger. So yes, you will get a little bigger (muscle mass, not fat) by taking 2 scoops instead of one.
