What is a better Breakfast? HELP!?!


Question: What is a better Breakfast? HELP!?
Im going to the gym soon-ish, >Treadmill 30 mins. It takes an hour to get there (2 buses ugh) So i was wondering what breakfast should i have out of thses options: (and remember i am tired/zombie like kinda right now)

1. Whole wheat bagel with Nutella. & coffee.
2. Whole wheat bagel/nutella & banana.coffee
3. whole wheat bagel/strawbery jam & banana. cofee
4. whole wheat bagel/low sugar rasbery jam, banana, coffee.

(Nutella=energy, good taste
straw jam = good taste, sugar
banana= energy, taste,good for stomach when workin out,more sugar and carbs.
low sugar rasbery jam - less sugar, okayy taste)

Answers:

Honestly, they're all bad.

The "whole wheat" bagel is probably made from 1/2 white flour anyhow, but it's the best thing there.

Throw out the jam that's probably filled with fake sugar chemical junk, and the Nutella, which is a DESSERT.



whole wheat bagel, low sugar raspberry jam, banana, coffee is the healthiest option


But even the healthiest option is not good. That's a lot of sugar for one. I wouldn't take in that much sugar.



I would guess number 3 for energy, sugar (more energy), more sugar and carbs and maybe something with protein wouldn't hurt, perhaps milk would be good, unless you are alergic to it. Good luck.
