Question: How many calories would I burn if I did 50 sit ups?
I'm trying to slim down and tone up my tummy, hips, and legs. how many calories would I burn if I did 50 sit ups? also, is there any other exercises you could recommend me? thanks!

Sit ups dont burn many calories, they just build muscle. To burn calories you need to do a cardio work out ( exercises that get you sweating, panting and your heart pumping) these include running, skipping and dancing. But to answer you question 50 sit ups would burn around 20-30 calories.



50 sit-ups burns about 12 calories. Sit-ups aren't good exercises for fat-loss.

Try eating healthier and running or walking a lot. Don't watch tv, dance instead.
