Question: Would these be good supersets?
Dumbbell bicept curls - Front plate raise
Lat pulldowns - Machine shoulder raise
Back raise - crunches
Barbbell bicept curls - Dumbbell wrist twists
Cable straight arm - standing wrist curls
Machine leg curl - Seated calf raise

I just wanna know if this would be good?

Answers:

Good secondary exercises!! Don't leave out the major movements! Bench, Squat, Overhead Press, etc...
