I notice no difference when I...?!


Question: I notice no difference when I...?
Work-out. How come? I can still only do the same amount of push-ups after 3 weeks. Same amount of sit-ups. And same amount of squats. How come I'm not gaining muscle to be able to do more? And sometimes I actually do less, like I am losing muscle. Answers:

Increase the amount of weight you do every time with squating and you should see an increase. Also there is no way your losing muscle if your working out. Make sure your eating healthy and eating enough. That is key in building Muscle EATING.



I think what you are eating is probably the more important factor here. Your body can't just build muscle tissue out of nothing. You need protein. Here is a video about protein! Lol!
