Should i run or walk on the treadmill?!


Question: Should i run or walk on the treadmill?
I'm going to be on for 30 minutes and i want to know if i walk for 30 minutes if it could be the same as running and how running benefits you

Running is better fo sho. It is really good for your heart and if you trying to lose weight it would be a lot better than walking. It will also help tone up your legs.You could do a run/walk routine, you could run for like 7mins then walk for like 5 and so on until your 30mins is up. Running is where it's at though it is a lot better for you, but you might have to work your way up to it by increasing Your speed gradually.



It wouldn't be the same as running. Running would probably wear you out faster, but it would benefit you more fitness+dieting wise.



you should run because it helps ytour leg muscles stretch out and your legs and thighs will become firmer.
