How do you improve wrist strength?!


Question: How do you improve wrist strength?
Whenever im doing a dumbell press, its easy for me to do the press, but extremely hard for my wrists to keep balance, i have to get someone to balance the outerside of my wrists. What are some excercises I can do to improve the strength of my wrists?

pushups is one of the best yet simplist exercises you can do.

pushups can train your core, shoulder, biceps, legs, head, core, and wrists. start with 60 a day. one set in the morning, one set at lunch, anf one set at night.

if you are already good at pushups change the sets to 100.



Muscle memory, when your lifting any weights try to keep your wrists straight and eventually you will get muscle memory in your wrist and you wont have a problem trying to keep them balanced. I had the same problem.



honestly, I not trying to be a creep but masterbation helps. Also intense writing or wrist curls will do the job.
