Well first off its good that you are going to the gym. But the problem likely lies in your diet or the amount of sleep you are getting. If you aren't at least 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep per night that is most likely your cause for fatigue, or if you are getting much more than 10 hours of sleep that can cause drowsiness too. You need more natural unprocessed carbohydrates, like whole wheat bread, whole wheat pastas, fruit, etc. Try changing what you can eat to 40% protein, 40% carbohydrates, and 20% good fats (like from nuts). Also try drinking some tea (preferably green tea) or coffee in the morning without all the creamer and whatnot. If you can, also pick up some green tea or fat burning pills (derived from green tea, dont get any of those synthetic ones) to keep with you during the day in case you feel a loss in energy, but Dont rely on these, else you run the risk of becoming addicted to caffeine. I was once addicted to WOW but its also another likely factor to your fatigue, you should try to quit playing it, then you will have more time to devote to your job, or maybe getting a new job, more money, and more time to friends. It will be hard to quit but you can do it! I remember it used to take over my life, but i conquered it. You just really need to believe in yourself and you can get your energy back. Also if you need to cut back some more on money then you can get rid of your gym membership and buy a in-door pullup bar, a jump rope and workout at home.

Good luck!

Food is fuel and without a proper diet you will be constantly tired and will never have any energy. Your body is lacking in nutrients. I have a low income as well but I do manage to eat properly. I eat lots of lentils and pulses and also drink a protein drink for added energy. I buy fruit & salad stuff when I can afford it. I also take a fruit and veg complx supplement to help as I don't eat alot of veg.

First of all, i guess your in college. QUIT WOW. Its hard, ive played it but your in school or in early life. Next, for energy, find whole foods like carrots and peanut butter for a morning snack, and a unproccessed chicken and for drinks drink water, propel (has energizing vitimans) or 100% fruit juice

important for energy

SUGARS
SLEEP
CARBOHYDRATES
EXERCISE
VEGATABLES

make sure you do all this PROPERLY ans you will feel fine

sleep is important most of all

Time for a reality check. You have played WOW for 2 years. You do not work. You do not have any money because you do not work. You are bored. Your fiance left ( I would have too.... I would classify you as a deadbeat). Your state is probably not that boring.... but it seems so because you need money to enjoy most things.
1) You sound like you are suffering from depression. If you cannot afford to go to a doctor for assistance, then research out ways to help yourself online. This will assist in your boredom. 2) Go out for walks.... brisk , long walks. Getting exercise assists with dispelling depression... it generates the needed "feel good" chemicals your brain needs .3.) Choose healthy foods with the money that you DO have. Research out ways to stretch your food dollars.... this, too, will assist with boredom. 4.) Go out and volunteer... this is a great way to feel better about yourself, and it dispels boredom too! 5.) Look for a full time job, or go back to school so that you can get a good paying job. Work on your resume. This will help with boredom too.
I know that this is abrupt, but if you just want to continue to be a victim of your own circumstances and get a few people to write pity messages, then skip this. but, if you r-e-a-l-l-y are reaching out, then you have to have the thinking that you need to do something about your state of living. And... you will need a tough love person to come along and not listen to your whining, but look at you and tell you to get on with making the right choices. Good Luck.
