Question: Does this sound like enough for an 11 year old girl's lunch?
String cheese and a handful of whole wheat crackers

1 cup broccoli and cauliflower florets with 2 tablespoons light raspberry dressing

1/2 cup blueberries

Slice of banana bread
because i packed this in my lunch and my mom says it was wayy to small, and me me eat a lot more. what do you think?

That really doesn't sound like enough; you're growing and you NEED food. Lots of calories are good for you body right now.

Try have 1 or 2 servings of grains, 1 serving of fruit/veg, 1 serving of protein, and 1 serving of dairy with every meal.

For example, for lunch you might have..

A meat sandwich with whole grain bread, meat, lettuce, tomato, cheese
with some carrot/celery sticks or peas, broccoli, etc.. or a banana or apple, and orange..
accompanied by a nice milk, chocolate milk, etc.
Even some cookies or banana bread for dessert or something.

Or you could have some soup, a wrap, tacos.. etc. Hummus with veggies and beans..

Rice with chicken/turkey/some sort of fish, shrimp, etc.. with some carrots or broccoli or whatever kind of veg you like.

You have to eat alot at this time of life, girl!

Wow, get a sand which! that's pretty small. unless you're on a tight diet. haha. :P But seriously, get like a sandwhich, yogurt, a fruit and something like chocolate bread or some sort.

don't forget a drink. =)
