Question: If you walk 6 hours a day in a shift at work?
as a waitress would this help you lose weight or tone your body? would it help with just legs or stomach also? also how many fruits/veggies should you eat a day?

I think it would do both, weight loss and toning. Toning especially if you have a good posture. It works mainly lower body, but cardio is basically all around weight loss. A recommended serving of fruits is 2-3 a day.
