Question: Am I overweight if i weigh 170 pounds?
I am 14 year old girl & i am 5'9, i weigh around 166-170. How many calories should i eat a day to lose weight? And what is the best exercises to lose weight? Also, how long should i work out a day to lose weight?

Well your bmi is 24.8 so you are just in the healthy weight as unhealthy is 25 and above, if your looking to lose weight then do an hour of cartio then hour of weights and try to eat the GDA reccomendation of 1500 -2000 calories a day. REMEMBER don't get discouraged and treat yourself at weekends just don't over do it.



Just cut out fried, fast and junk foods, sweets and sodas for a few months and get your heart rate up for 30 minutes a day. You are within the normal weight range for your height.
