How much should i weigh?!


Question: How much should i weigh?
im a 20 year old guy that is 5`10 or so in height and 220-230 (i was 235 a few weeks ago but that was with my jacket and boots on and i think i may have already lost some weight because my size 34 jeans are snug, not too tight like they used to be) in weight, i know im out of shape and overweight and eventually i want to lose weight at a good pace (not fast enough that it takes working out like crazy to achieve, or slow enough that it will take a really long time, just a decent pace) , but i dont know how much weight i should lose or how fast i should do it in
