should I lose weight?!


Question: Should I lose weight?
I'm 14 years old 5'6" 193lbs.However I lift weights I think all that weight is mostly muscle I'm not too fat,I'm wide. somehow I'm heavier than my dad he weighs 185 lbs and he's about 5'8" and he has a beer belly. feel like I do need to lose some weight but I don't know if I really should.

Well...your BMI (according to your height and weight) is 31, which means that technically your in the stage of overweight/obese. I would say that for now, because of your age don't concentrate on losing weight just try to eat better (cut our all junk food or major sources of sugar).
Your still young so your body hasn't stopped growing yet and wont for a few more years so don't worry, as long as you eat well and get enough exercise, you should grow all that extra weight off.
