Question: I want to lose 30 kgs?
I a doing regular cardio exercise and maintaining a balanced diet. What other things do I need to do so that i can lose weight fast? and how much time will it take for me to lose this much weight?

hi ratika ..to loose weight the things u need are.... a commitment to yourself...lots n lots of patience ..and a zip on your lip :D...join a gym or a yoga class immidiately because at 89 kgs you need help to stay committed..cut portions ..dont deprive urself but stop at the first bite ..drink lots of water..and if possible write all that you eat for 2 weeks this will give you an idea as to what goes in...i know its cumbersome but you must do this...and remember YOU CAN DO IT !!!! all the best ...

like if u're 200Kg right now u'll losse faster...
and if u're 60Kg... u'll loose slower....

cardio + lil weight training + stretching + diet .... under a good trainer will help u a lot.....
