Eat healthier, when you have a craving for a bag of chips or something sweet go for carrots or other veggies and fruits.
If you eat meat, cut down on the amount you eat and make sure to always get lean cuts.
When at a restaurant, just stick with water or a juice rather than soda.
Stay away from fast food
Work hard in P.E. class and get the most out of it. every saturday morning do some stretches, curl ups, and go for a run. If it's too cold, do a half hour of cardio at the gym on a treadmill with breaks for stretching because you will probably get sore(I do). DO NOT OVER DO YOUR EXERCISE BECAUSE THIS CAN ACTUALLY END UP HURTING YOU. If you lose weight too fast you will have extra skin, so lose weight at a steady and healthy pace. do not starve yourself either.
Right when you get home from school you can do 10-20 curl ups and 5-10 push ups everyday to start out and as you start to get more comfortable, bring the numbers up.
You should really consult with a dietician though or a doctor or possibly a personal trainer, or ask a gym teacher for a good work out routine :) hope this helped!
Try eatting less junk & make your meals smaller but eat 4 times a day not all at once. Work out 1 hr, when you eat try standing rather than sitting. Don't watch the TV or anything while your eatting, because without it you'll get motivated to put your dishes in the sink instead of sitting there watching tv.
just keep running and eat healthy and go blame your weight on your parents and tell them exacly this
